- After a referral has been made to the agency, one of our qualified managers will make appointment to visit you in your own home.
- They will then carry out an assessment with you for the support you are requesting or needing.
- A support plan will then be drawn up with yourself and an appropriate staff member.
- Staff members will be identified to be your carer/carers.
- Your plan of support will be reviewed every six months by one of the managers and adjustments made should your situation change.
